Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a sport and combat system centered on grappling and ground fighting. It is rooted in Japanese Jiu Jitsu and Judo, evolving over the past century into one of the world's most respected methods for fighting. In fact, the UFC was created by BJJ black belts to showcase the efficacy of this martial art.
